Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders received with 3 business working days. As a small business owner, we use the services of Royal Mail and therefore their General Terms and Conditions apply.

We offer the best possible rates on our shipping for your convenience. Tracked 24 offers a fully trackable service which will also give full delivery updates for your reassurance. Tracked 48 also offers tracking for peace of mind.

If you are able to bulk buy your goods, we are delighted to be able to offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders over £50, otherwise shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Please note: Orders placed after 1pm may not be shipped the same day.

Pickup

We do offer a service where you are able to collect your orders directly from our premises in Stalybridge. We do require you bring a copy of your invoice with you and proof of ID. If this service is required, please email us on doublecraftsupplies@aol.com.
